By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

“School” means an educational institution holding an active subscription or licence.

Schools and users remain responsible for ensuring that any personal data uploaded or entered into the Platform is collected, processed and shared lawfully and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Where schools upload or manage pupil-related information, the school generally remains the Data Controller and Gramacri acts as a service provider or processor in relation to that data.
Users must not upload excessive, unnecessary or inappropriate personal or sensitive data onto the Platform.

Subscriptions must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Free trials are provided at Gramacri’s discretion and may be modified, withdrawn or refused where reasonably necessary.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the Platform has been activated.
While Gramacri aims to maintain reasonable Platform availability and functionality, uninterrupted, secure or error-free access cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Subject to applicable law, Gramacri’s total liability arising in connection with the Platform or Subscription shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the relevant User or School during the preceding 12 months.
